I am looking at holsters for a standard division pistol and would like some opinions. Super Ghost Ultimate vs DAA Race Master vs Suomi Ase or has anyone got another suggestion. Thanks for any input.

I've been using a double alpha for the last 4-5 years and have absolutely no issues with it. In that time I've collected 3 different inserts to use different guns in it. The newest version has a magnetic latch rather than the spring loaded adjustment, not that the old version didn't work but with the magnetic version you don't have to worry about the tension backing off accidentally. Guga Ribas is another one to look into.
Some people will tell you that slow is good - and it may be, on some days.

But I am here to tell you that fast is better. I've always believed this, in spite of the trouble it's caused me.

I'm a fan of the "magnetic" holster supplied out of Universal Shooting Academy.
This one >>HERE<<

I've used a CR Speed, then a DAA Racemaster and then finally the magnetic.
You can get some feedback on this from Desiel and also SpideySteve.
Cost is about the same as a DAA race master, but perhaps a couple bucks more when you factor in the shipping etc.

BUT - YMMV.
Ask 6 people about holsters and you'll get 7 different opinions.

The other thing you have to factor in these days is the 30% US Dollar. right now anything coming out of the states is running around 50% between exchange and shipping. So if price is a concern then you may want to look at that. A CR Speed would cost you about $195 CDN while Manny's holster is going to cost you $225 US.

Thnk you all for your suggestions. The pistol in question is a CZ TS and is not listed on many of the holster manufatures order lists. DAA says that you can modify the Shadow insert to fit the TS. I have not heard much from the other manufactures yet, although the Ben Stoger does list the TS.

I believe Boersen and AJ shoot a CS TS (40) in Standard Div.
Boersen uses a CR Speed (I believe) and AJ uses a Ghost International (If I recall correctly)

"Proper" fit of the firearm into the holster of choice is truly a critical issue ........... besides all the other stuff.
